<p>Those two fields seem to be unrelated; I don’t see the connection or overlap between them. There is no rule that says double majors or major/minor combinations need to be related. However, I would think it would be difficult to complete majors in two fields with relatively structured/sequential coursework, so that you wouldn’t be able able to fit in the requirements for both fields in a four years of undergrad study… </p>
<p>Are there particular more-focused areas of each field that might interest you and which might complement each other? Perhaps, radiation biology ( in which case, genetics/cell biology might be more relevant) or health physics? Environmental/occupational hygiene (in public health)? Some of those fields likely would require at least a master’s degree.</p>
