What does a letter M mean for you final grade?

<p>I have an M for one of my classes and I have no idea what it means…
D anyone know?</p>

<p>Granted I have no idea where you go to school but I know in my system we sometimes use the EMPD system where E=exceeds the standards M=meets the standards P=partially meets and D=Does not meet. That’s all I can think of.</p>

<p>It would probably be worth contacting either administration or the teacher who gave the grade to ask, though bluecoast’s guess seems as good as any I can come up with.</p>

<p>We don’t have an EMPD system. It’s probably a banner indicator of sometime that’s uncommon. Email the Registrar’s Office.</p>
