What does "academic-subject" teacher evaluations mean?

One of the colleges I’m applying to requires “academic-subject” teacher evaluations and I’m just wondering what classes fall under that.
I have 3 teacher letters of recommendation:
-1 from Calculus
-1 from Latin (my school requires 2 years of a language)
-1 from my intership program in my school(best recc letter by far)

Should I submit my Latin and Calculus, Calculus and internship, or Calculus and something else etc.?

Yes, if a college wants academic subject teachers (which is typical) you should send the Latin and Calculus teacher LORs. If the college will also accept a supplemental LOR then you can send the one from the internship program as well.

Core subject teachers.
