<p>Why? I don’t think this information will help you much with your app at all. You should list all the awards you’ve won in any case (even if they do receive a list of winners) and just don’t lie.</p>

<p>No, there’s no master list of the local Podunk Creative Writing Competition Runner-Ups. For major awards, that information is easily available.</p>
