I applied for Psychology but my offer letter states the above. Does everyone who apply to psychology get admitted to Liberal Arts (undecided) or are there people who do get admitted to Liberal Arts (psychology)?

Would be grateful if someone can shed some light. For example, for those who got admitted in CLA, does your offer letter also says Liberal Arts (undecided) or does it actually say Liberal Arts (name of your major)? Thanks.

YOu are not admitted into your major per se as a freshmen. You are “pre-major” status until your junior year.

Thanks. So that means everyone that applied and got admitted to CLA will be admitted as Liberal Arts (undecided) regardless of major?

yes…
