I’m curious, how hard is something like computer science or engineering? What kind of jobs can you land from those majors?

The thing in the IT field is that you don’t need to be a college graduate to start working. Really so long as you have certifications you’re good. So what do computer science/engineering programs do for a person looking to get into the IT field?

I’ve never met a person who is unemployed with a degree in computer science/engineering. They have so many job opportunities.

If you’re into computer science, and you got a degree in electrical engineering, you could go on to be a hardware engineer- building hardware and then writing the software to make it do what you want. Being able to do both is pretty huge and with experience can net you $200k a year.
