Can you please explain me?

It means that the students at one school are eligible to take classes at another school and vice versa - such as Harvard and MIT or Wellesley and MIT.

So it means that I can take finance classes at one university and entrepreneurship classes at another?

I think you can only take classes at another school up to a certain number of credits; there’s a cooperation between U. of Pitt and Carnegie Mellon; I think the limit is 15 credits or so.

Thank you!
