What does "Currently not open" mean?

<p>i forgot to sign up for Chem3AL lecture and lab. for some reason, it completely slipped my mind.</p>

<p>now telephase i has passed. i looked at that Class Schedule and all the Thursday labs said “Currently not open.” </p>

<p>does this mean they’ll be available for signing up during Telephase II? </p>

<p>all of the currently NOT opened ones, however, say “Enrolled: 28.” how is this possible if it’s not open? what does “currently not open” mean?</p>

due to budget cuts it is quite unlikely that you will get into 3A</p>

<p>Nooo, I need Chem 3A for the fall semester as well… seems like transfer students are getting the shaft in terms of registration</p>

<p>btw you don’t say telephase 2, your say TeleBEARS phase 2 or just phase 2. Never telephase</p>

<p>thanks for the responses, i talked to a counselor today and yes i am indeed ****ed. i will have to spend next summer at berkeley to make up for this stupid mistake and get back on track.</p>
