What does fee waiver mean?

<p>I have 31ACT, top ten percent of class, 2 4’s on AP Tests (only had money enough for those), have taken more than 8 AP’s since sophmore year, Im a URM, bunch of EC’s, internships, certified pharm tech.</p>

<p>What are does a fee waiver for a college such as UWash mean?</p>

<p>It seems that you may have posted in the wrong forum. I’m not sure what school you’re referring to when you say UWash–Washington Univ. in St. Louis is usually known as WashU, while being from Seattle I know that University of Washington is typically called UW–but this is the University of Pittsburgh forum. So you may better luck re-posting elsewhere.</p>

<p>In general, a fee waiver means that you’re exempt from paying that fee. But then I’m sure you knew that, so I’m probably misunderstanding your question, sorry.</p>
