I’m applying to grad school. I’ve attended grad school previously and got dismissed because I couldn’t keep my GPA up. I left with a 2.0/4.0. Is it safe to say that I’m not in good standing at that institution?
You would need to clarify that with your old grad school.
Each school has their own definition. Most commonly, it means that you have above a certain GPA - you usually need to have a 2.0 or higher to be in good academic standing.
