First of all, is there any way to get my essay graded besides…myself?
I never have a clue on how good… or bad my essay is so I can never really estimate my essay score and therefore my writing section score.

Second, if anyone would be so kind, if someone could just give me a grade on my essay? I know it’s like…a lot of reading…but It’d be greatly appreciated haha.I guess grade it like an SAT grader would grade it haha.

And I know my structure may be…a bit different from most people but my SAT teacher taught me to do it this way and he takes the SAT every month available and he gets 12’s on all his essays using the same structure as I do (like short intro/ no conclusion or sometimes one sentence long conlclusion / ____ and _____ epitomize my thesis … etc)

Okay here’s my essay
which i wrote in the time allotted on the sat

oh the prompt is from the newest blue book #4.

something like:

do changes that make our lives easier make them better?

oh and im pretty sure they cant really take off points for unfactual information haha.

my sat teacher’s essays are always all made up lol.

double spacing it to make it easier to read:D

changes that make our lives easier do not make them better. These changes always are

precedents for unwanted reprucusions that occur do to these changes. The

ChineseImperialism of the 19th Century and ice skater Tara Lapinski epitomize my thesis.

The British during the 19th century allowed China to modernize by equiping them with new

western technologies. however, these new items failed timprove the lives of the chinese

dueto the draconian conditions the British enforced. When the Bristish arrived in China,

theyassuemd the theory of paternalism whcih meant that the British considered the Chinese

asinferior and therefore needed the help of the British. Corvier, a British leader, provided

theChiense with western education and weaponry. This helped the Chinese immensely

becausenow they could advance with the new information they learned from newly built

schools andalso they formed a stronger army with the rifles they wre provided. however this

was not all that occurred. THe british enforced the najing treaty whcih gave all foreigners

extraterritorial rights as well as Hong kong to the British. Although corvier gave the cChinese

education adn technology, these new changes did not make life necessarily better. They were

a bane to the chinese. Corvier strongly enforced the nanjing treat and also made many chinese

indigent. this resulted with many revolts with over 2 million chinese peasants killed. even after

a new president was elected, problems continued to occur. did these changes of technology

really improve the life of the chinese?

Another example is the renowned ice skater tara lapinski who as a child suffered an addiction

to the internet that prevented her from winning many competitions. In 1996 tara’s father

allowed her to use the internet as she complained that handwriting her homework was taking

time away from her skating practices. At first the internet allowed her to research topics

quickera nd type up her essays with ease. However the internet proved to be detrimental for

tara. she was soon consumed by the internet and of its countless webpages that consisted of

never ending gamesa nd the latest gossips s. she actually lost more time than before due to

her addiciton of the internet. she lost several competitions due to lasck of practice such as

the 1997 usa young ice athletes competition which was was supposedly guaranteed first

place. although she soon got help to reduce her internet usage, the amount of time and

competitions lost can never be obtained.

sorry for so many typos and etc
the whole post didnt save so i had to type it again
and that’s just really annoying haha

thanks if you grade it :D
