Hello, I am applying for VCU and I want to apply before DEC 1 for their scholarship. I’m confused because on College Board, it says “Nov:1 Rolling notifications begin”.
Does this mean that they will decide the outcome of my application whether i get accepted or denied earlier without seeing my SAT, ACT, and transcript scores? or Should I send all these materials at once if I get them all together by DEC 1?
Since I’m asking two questions, I don’t know where to post it. I apologize if I post this thread in the wrong section.

It means that beginning Nov 1 the college starts rolling out decisions on “completed” files, meaning applicants who already have all required materials on file including test score and transcript. Thus, once you have everything in, you will likely get a decision within weeks. As to getting everything in, you should be sending it now even if you have not completed application yet. For example, if you have not asked high school to send transcript yet, you may already be risking not meeting your Dec 1 scholarship deadline because high schools often take a week to two weeks to actually send transcripts after a request is made. Likewise order your test scores sent now.

Okay thanks!
I have already requested for my transcript a week ago for 9th grade to the beginning of 12th.
They said they will send them on the last week of November though :(
