<p>I got accepted into Stern this week. So far I simply received a post card telling me that my offical offer of admission will come in the mail soon.</p>
<p>So what will this packgae contain? A certificate of admission by any chance?</p>

<p>this is irrelevant, but does Stern send those postcards to ALL the accepted applicants or only to the accepted ones whom they really want to have attending Stern…btw, i dont think they have mailed acceptance packages yet</p>
<p>Um I don’t know what the philosophy is behind the post cards. All I know is that by getting a post card, it means you are accepted into NYU (Stern in my case) and thus it allows you to alter your schedule so that you can attend the reception for admitted students on April 5th.</p>
<p>And um yea, none of the packages have been sent out yet.</p>

<p>yes i did…i got mine on Tuesday, but I don’t plan on attending…i might show up to the information session in Houston though, cuz thats where I live</p>
<p>actually, i got 2 postcards, one telling me that my official offer is on its way and to attend the session in NYC, and the other post card told me to attend the info session in my local area</p>
<p>Is the one that tells you to go to the session in NYC an envelope? </p>
<p>I go to a boarding school and they sent the local session one to my home and apparently i got a nyu envelop at my school too but im at cali for spring break so i don’t know.</p>
