Everyone knows “of” rich people, but do any rich people actually know you?
My husband’s cousin worked at a home for developmentally delayed adults while attending a state university. The owner of the home wanted to sell right about the time she graduated, she bought it for a great deal, then bought more, then had software developed to manage the homes, retained rights to the software, sold the rights to the software for a huge sum, and still owns a lot of these homes. She is a millionaire many times over and a really fun, family-oriented lady.
