<p>is this for a scholarship? If so, it most likely means that if ur essay/work is selected as a winner and is displayed, you will not get payed anything for it (besides the scholarship prize). It also means that the material becomes the property of the organization in the sense that they can copy it, distribute it, and publicize it without giving u any said royalties (payment or commissions).</p>
<p>Now I am not a lawyer by any means, but I am pretty sure that is what they are saying. Make sure its not a scam.</p>
<p>i am not a valid legal advisor but it means that pretty much anything u submit to them becomes theirs lol. it means they can publish it on their site or anywhere they want. it means if u submit something win or lose they can use it for whatever they want and not pay u a cent</p>
