What does this mean on my transcript/

I know a few will see this has shameless bragging but its not. I am curiously what this actually means and its Sunday so no one is at my college.

I was looking online at my transcript and most of it looks like a normal transcript, I think, and under winter quarter (my first quarter) it says college name, major, student type beginning student, academic standing good standing. Now under spring quarter (the one that just ended) it has all the above but also lists additional standing and says academic achievement. What exactly does that mean? First quarter I made all B’s and last quarter 1 B and 2 A’s (we only take like 3 classes per quarter at this college).

Thanks.

I would assume you achieved what many school call Honor Roll due to your grades.

Oh okay I did not know because they have never talked about an honor roll at my school. i do know that after a certain number of quarters if you stay above a certain GPA with only A’s and B’s you get nominated for some National honor Society thing.

I just went and checked and we have a President’s List–you have to get a 4.0 to get that. Vice President’s List–you have to have a 3.5 to get that. And then there is Academic Achievement–you have a 3.5 but less than 12 hrs to get that. According to what I read that is per quarter. For the quarter my GPA is a 3.76 but overall its a 3.38. But I had 13 credit hours so I don’t understand why I did not get Vice President’s List because you had to have 12 or more hours.

If what’s listed on your transcript doesn’t match what your school says are it’s guidelines, then call the registrar and ask (if you’re in college, or call guidance if you’re in high school).
