What Does This Mean?

Ok my areas of study are also grayed out, what is the significance in that other than they are or have made decisions. On the history page of everything they received and when, at the bottom it also says email sent 3-14-06, is that good? Does anyone else have that? The wierd thing though is I did not get any email! What do you make of this? Likely nothing at all, good luck to you!

Maybe they e-mailed your high school counselor? Who knows?

Hm… I have the greyed out box thing. I don’t have the email thing. Yeah, maybe it’s to your counselor. Sometimes, counselors know before students.

you mean everytime you are accepted, they email your counselor? are you sure about that? that seems like it would be against some kind of confidentiality agreement? i have never heard of that!

does northeastern email decisions? in general with other schools, are rejection emails normal or they only send you emails if you are in? just curious because i am still waiting on several schools, my nevers are frayed, am going to visit indiana bloomington next week, heard its a beautiful campus, if i go my long term goal would be to go kelley school of buisness, #10 in the country!

I think Northeastern only does snail mail. Not sure about rejection emails, I’m sure some colleges do that. Well, I’m sure some colleges would email the counselors to let them know who from their school got in. Most counselors have good relationships with some admissions people. Well, I don’t think counselors tell the students though. What do you mean by confidentiality agreement?

can you please defnie snail mail, i know i am computer illiterate but am confused!

Heh, snail mail is just regular postal service mail. Like paper mail.

OK! Thank you, thought thats what it was. Lets hope tomorrow brings closure for all of us!
