<p>yeah they were basically rejecting you as softly as I’ve seen it put. but they do mean that if you still wanna go to BU after a couple years somewhere else…send in a transfer application</p>
<p>Yeah, its a soft rejection. Pretty much saying that a year or two of strong grades in college and they will seriously consider you if you reapply.</p>
