What Does this Mean???!!!

On an application, when it asks “Have you ever been found responsible for a disciplinary violation at an educational institution you have attended from the 9th grade forward (or the international equivalent), whether related to academic misconduct or behavioral misconduct, that resulted in your probation, suspension, removal, dismissal, or expulsion from the institution?”

Does a minor disciplinary infraction resulting in me getting restricted lunch fall under this category?? Its not in-school suspension or anything like that.

What did you do to get ‘restricted lunch’?

i laughed at a practical joke that an administrator didnt find funny in 9th grade and got a referral and restricted lunch

what does restricted lunch mean?

its like you sit by yourself at lunch for a week, its a really kiddish concept

That seems more like detention to me. Does not seem very serious at all.

its where you sit by yourself at lunch for a week’s time. its a really juvenile concept if you ask me

I don’t think that it’s serious enough to put. I mean, if you’re scared that it counts then I guess you can put it but I think they want you to list something like vandelism or something along those lines…

Do not list it.

Does “restricted lunch” mean that you were on probation, suspended, removed, dismissed or expelled from school? If yes, then list it. If not, then don’t.

Always be sure to read the entire question before answering.
