<p>What programs are these?</p>
<p>Not sure how the J.D. program works, but I know for example that the B.A./M.D is you are accepted into GW’s med school as long as you maintain a certain GPA…so you spend 3-4 years getting a B.A. at GWU and then 4 years at its medical school (I’m not sure if its a 7 year or 8 year program) …I guess the benefit would be you don’t have to worry about applying to med schools, you don’t have to worry about taking the MCAT, etc…However, I know these programs are ridiculously competitive as there are only a few spots open for it, maybe 10 max at some schools. I would assume the B.A./J.D program is similar</p>
