Not yet, I just applied for Business Administration but I want to do BCA… The app is due April 3rd so I’m probably going to have to do it without even knowing if I got in or not. Hahaha. And yessss, I hope they accept a lot of people at Marshall!!!

From the [USC Freshman Profile 2008-2009](http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/private/0910/FreshmanProfile2008v3.pdf</a>).

Academic Unit Distribution

College of Letters, Arts and Sciences 25%
Marshall School of Business 19%
Undecided / Undeclared 16%
Viterbi School of Engineering 15%
USC’s Arts Schools 13%
(Architecture, Roski School of Fine Arts,
Thornton School of Music, Theatre)
Annenberg School for Communication 6%
School of Cinematic Arts 5%
Keck School of Medicine (Health Studies) 1%
School of Policy, Planning & Development <1%
Davis School of Gerontology <1%

Are 41% of the admissions in the RD thread CLAS and undeclared? We need an audit!

i know waiting is torture!!!

nagooya, I’m waiting for arts and sciences too!

Uh oh. 19%? Eh… that’s WAY better than some of the other schools hahaha.

yea that’s a little disappointing, but a pretty high number in comparison

Yeah, so now we just have to wait! Yay!

Woohoo, my category is the biggest! I wonder how they break it down by major. Mine would probably be the smallest; kinesiology.

just a theory but perhaps the wait on the college of arts and sciences is because those who are good enough to go to USC, but not good enough for the specific school they applied to (for instance SCA) end up being admitted to CA&S… which could translate into a longer waiting time as they finalize decisions and figure out who they will reject from some of the small/super competitive schools, yet still admit to the college.

that is very logical. good point.

15% Viterbi…

I haven’t heard anyone from the U.S. say they got admitted to Marshall for around a week, so I think business acceptances will have another wave in a few days.

How popular could this be? I am sure that all sorts of high school seniors are just fascinated by the ailments and bodily deterioration associated with advanced years. Is this, or any of the other less popular schools, the back door into USC?

Quick question: Did anyone get an update recently (3/17 or before) and didn’t receive an acceptance in the mail?

JW Muller, that is an interesting concept you’ve come up with there. However, less than 1% of admitted applicants equals a number less than 80 students. As much disinterest as I have in that major, I’m sure there are 80 people out of the 35,000 who applied that might be intrigued.

has ANYONE gotten into Roski yet?

I haven’t seen anything about it anywhere.

I had an update on 3/11 and have not received any acceptance yet.

i had an update on 3/6 and 3/19

i really don’t think having status updates is all that important unless you get that oasis link on your page.

I hope you are right.
