and whats the chance of gettin in at berkeley? as an out of state undergrad?
so with these things which engineering school will be the best fit? and whats the chance of getting into top notch colleges like mit and stanford with this data?

…you are a long ways away from having a decent chance at the schools you listed. With your high math / low reading profile you may do better on the SAT vs. ACT.

Other threads indicate that the OP is not a native English speaker, so that would account for the big discrepancy between the science/math and the reading/writing scores.

greencard res for now
but what other schools should i look into? what are some good schools thats good for engineering and will not bankrupt me?
any suggestions?

how come the sat is easier than act for me? i always thought sat is 1 part math 2 part eng while act is 1 part math, 1 part science, and 2 part eng. thats why i took the act. and i hate vocabs… i heard theres tons of huge words on sat. i personally think they are useless in an engineering field…

Colleges don’t care about the SAT writing so the SAT is 50% math / 50 % CR. Act is 25% reading / 25% english / 25% science (reading comprehension is important on this subtest also) 25% math.
