I’ve been wondering this for a while, but I’ve never actually asked anyone.

Does a transcript mean your grades, or everything? Does it include your finals and midterms?? Or is it just your final grade??

I’m confused about what a transcript is

Semester grades, final and midterm grades, and your cumulative GPA for however far back the transcript stretches.

An official transcript usually has a school seal and…
your full name
years of enrollment
the courses you have taken arranged by year
your final grades
credits taken/credits passed
overall gpa
sometimes–standardized test scores
sometimes–community service, etc

Usually, local assessments (like midterms and finals) are not included on a transcript…at least not the ones that I have seen!
