What exactly does Wharton (University of Pennsylvania) look for?

Sadly I was forced into negative situations in my life. Since I’ve been to 23 different schools my curriculum is all over the place. Therefore, I was forced to go into an Alt ed school so I wouldn’t burn to the ground. I am a sophomore (10th grade)with a 4.0 GPA, Rank 1 in my whole school. I also have years of theatre experience in my pocket. My mother makes 20k a year with 4 children, in this case, I have to work to help to pay bills. I still volunteer as much as I can. I am currently in the National Honors Society, aiming to be president. For 8 years I lived with my father, he was an alcoholic drug addicted felon, not to mention abusive to my brothers and I. I got us out of that situation. I am also studying every single day teaching myself most advanced courses. I do this because I plan to have amazing ACT and SAT scores. Wharton is my dream school, unfortunately wasn’t given the best opportunities to be a regular student, however I have the resiliency to make better of what brings me down.

Some of you are going to say it is impossible, I don’t believe anything is impossible. I do understand that with a lack of proper education ill have to have to try harder than others. If people with GEDs can get in, I can too, as a matter of fact I will.

Please tell me what else I can do to better my chances. This project means a lot to me. If possible even message me so that I can expound.

Thanks in advanced.

Sorry for the grammatical errors, I’m just writing what’s on my mind :stuck_out_tongue:
