What extracurricular activities count?

I know this question was probably asked a thousand times here. However, I make this question referring to a specific hobby: architectural designing
I’m not part of a club of this or anything, I just do it by myself. It’s something that I’m extremely passionate about, I’m pursuing business because it is my main passion; but for fun, I absolutely love architecture. I spend hours every day (ok, around 2) drawing and designing buildings, houses, interiors, etc. I have all my designs stored. I do not know much about the technical part of it.
I would really like to list this in my ECs. I simply love it and am passionate about this; it’s the only unusual thing I’m actually passionate about. I know it’s kind of weird, but does it still count? Even when I do it alone?
The other thing I would list is Tennis, which I have practiced for the last 2 years. The third thing would be community service, which is something I also spend a lot of time in.
Would that be enough to get into schools like Northeastern, Binghamton, GATECH, etc? With 3.7 UW GPA and 2150 SAT
Thank you

Unless you have any kind of recognition in the field, consider writing an essay about it instead of listing it as an EC.

If your work is of sufficiently high quality (relative to other applicants to the schools you’re interested in), also consider submitting an arts supplement with examples of your architectural design work.

Your stats look to be a high match/low reach (conservatively) for the schools you’re interested in. SAT should be fine, but UWGPA seems low to me.

Best of luck!
