<p>I completed high school in June 2005. (high school diploma)</p>
<p>I went to college A from Sept 2005 until Jan 2009. (completed 58 credits; major - psychology)</p>
<p>Now if I want to go to College B, what forms will I need to fill out and what else do I need to do to ensure a smooth application process?</p>

<li><p>Go to the website for College B and find out what forms, test scores, transcripts, etc. they require. All the information should be there, if you still have questions, call the school.</p></li>
<li><p>Download the forms you need from either the College B website or the CA website, depending on what they use.</p></li>
<li><p>Depending on what the college requires, be sure to ask for LORs, order transcripts & test scores, etc. well ahead of deadlines.</p></li>
