What good schools (Engineering-wise) can I get into with GPA 3.86 and 60 credits?

I finally sent out all of my applications to multiple schools around the country.
What’s irritating me the most is the long wait. In the mean time I want to get an insight as to what schools I can get into given my stats. My intended major is Electrical Engineering

GPA: 3.86
College: a community college in Minnesota - applying to out-of-state schools
Courses & credits: 60 credits completed (Calculus 1-4, Phys w. calculus 1-2, General Chem 1, Probs & Stat) 12 in process.

Hooks: immigrant. I went to high school in another country but didn’t go to college. so there’s a 3-year gap but I explained details in my essay. I went to college 3 months after I came to the US. English is my second language.
ECs: tutor for elementary + middle school, tutor at current college
I work 20hrs/week, got an Associate degree in 1.5 years in college

Some of the schools I applied to and waiting to hear back:

  • Purdue
  • U Maryland - College Park
  • North Carolina State
  • U Pittsburgh
  • U Colorado - Boulder
  • Ohio State

Already admitted to Rutgers and Iowa State

Any comments would be highly appreciated.

Cost constraints?
Minnesota publics?
Wisconsin publics?

@ucbalumnus I’m willing to take out loans for 2 years
I did apply to UMN but for some reasons, it’s very likely I won’t attend
