Hi, I am in my senior year in highschool and is considered by the Terry Foundation scholarship for UT Austin. I am almost certain that they check your grades. My biggest question is that what kind of grades can cause me to lose that scholarship if I receive it. Right now, I am taking 4 AP classes and an off period. I am expected to make a C in AP English IV (made B last semester), A in AP BC Calculus (A last semester), B in AP Biology (A last semester), and C in AP Gov. Am I at a high risk?

I believe that all you questions can be answered here.

Have they asked you to submit current grades?

I believe the way HS registrar’s office works, they can submit official transcript from the first semester or final transcript ONLY, without grades in the middle.
Final transcripts will be sent to universities by HSs during the summer, sometimes they do it in August, though most of schools send them in June.
The Terry scholarship is awarded in April- May.
