What happens during the add/drop period?

<p>Is this something that happens over the computer exclusively? Is there a certain time that everyone logs on to try and change their courses? When does this time period begin and end? Do you change your schedule through jtf?</p>

<p>I think it’s mostly over the computer, but I vaguely remember my friends talking about having to add/drop in person for chemistry labs and some other classes. There is a certain time period when everyone logs on and changes their schedules. It lasts roughly a week, but naturally everyone logs on at 6:30AM the first day. You can change your schedule through JTF. You will probably get more details during orientation.</p>

<p>Add/Drop actually lasts much longer than a week – 3 weeks from beginning of classes for add, and 7-8 weeks for drop. It’s pre-enrollment that lasts only a week.</p>
