What happens if I apply to the same college twice using different applications

For example I signed up for Stony Brook using both common app and suny app
Also when i send my sat scores how will they know its me???</p>

<p>the thing is for my common app i finished the supplemental and application but i didnt pay for it yet, if i dont pay for it, they wont look at it right and i dont have to call them</p>
