<p>First of all, congratulations on getting off of whatever waitlist (I’m assuming). The people you requested will just get paired up with a random person, it doesn’t affect your friends in any other way (i.e. they don’t get moved around or have to pay more or anything). At least that’s what happened to one of my friends when her requested roommate dropped out before school started.</p>
