What happens if you decide to not write your teacher's name?

On the exam? Because I didn’t learn anything from him.

I’m pretty sure those free response sheets don’t go anywhere except back to the teacher.

But what if you are self-studying?

doesn’t matter, it still goes back to your teacher.
the school keeps the green sheets the whole time
your teacher will just be like
oh he was lazy and didnt write my name

Oh, what if we don’t have a teacher? Like if we self studied?

^that’s what I want to know

AP Central posts them after 48 hours. I’m not sure if you want your specific packet, but the questions are accessible, at least.

At least in my school they give us back the sheets in 2 days. I think is just to organize the student packages by teacher.

Nothing in particular happens. You just might not get the questions back.

This is my 1st time taking AP and my exams are next Tues.
So we have to write our instructor/teacher’s name?
Cause I am self-studying.
Should I just write “independent study”?
I never knew I have to write teacher’s name. What does it do anyway?

The teacher’s name part is because AP teachers will be able to access their student’s scores this year. It’s new. First step to student online access :)

So is it mandatory to write AP teacher name? Because all of my exams are self-study.

I don’t think so. Just a way to match student scores with the teacher.

lol you dont put your teachers name on anything that goes to collegeboard.
those green sheets dont go anywhere.

^ I think they return them to your teachers actually. At least I got my AP Bio and AP Calc ones back last year.

But if you self-study obviously it doesn’t matter.
