<p>I highly doubt you/your application will get penalized. It depends on what your indiscrepancies in your supplement are, if the borders of the prints are half an inch off, I don’t think it’s the end of the world, they’ll probably still look at it. If you forgot an letter of recommendation or something, the worst that’s going to happen is that they’re not going to look at the supplement.</p>
