<p>It is a legally binding commitment and you will have to request to be released from your obligation by reslife. You have a good chance of that happening if you do it before July 1st. This is firsthand knowledge. DS agreed to stay on campus, but has now found a house to lease. I was told it was very possible to be released if done as soon as possible, but before July 1st.</p>
