What I cooked tonight

I made vegetable soup and brisket last night, and just now cut the brisket and have it n crock,pot. Apple sauce is cooking. HINT: add a little strawberry or raspberry jam to it, to add color.

Next up, potato kugel in muffin pans.

TACO NIGHT! And made homemade chorizo so we can have migas for brunch tomorrow.

Love Costco - do not love Costco mac and cheese - they were pushing it at our store last weekend - I even turned down the sample!

Boring baked chicken thighs and peas- plus left over rice from Wednesday night. Didn’t really feel like cooking but since I’ve only cooked one night this week felt obligated to have something for dinner when H got home.
