I am transfer student and I just found out on the admission, they are asking for IGETC certification but I don’t have one.

On the other hand, my previous cc counselor told me I was fine because on assist.org it is

1) The L&S Requirements in Reading & Composition, Quantitative Reasoning, and Foreign Language; OR
2) IGETC

I am fully meet the first requirement. I received 8 UCs admissions before but I declined them all and signed SIR with one school.

What should I do?.

IGETC is not an admissions requirement according to http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/transfer/requirements/additional-requirements/igetc/
they are likely asking for it to clear your GE requirements if you have the certification. Call the admissions office on Monday to clear it up.

Just contact the school to which you’re transferring and notify them that you’ll be completing L & S requirements instead of IGETC. I doubt they’ll rescind your admission.
