I could compose an essay on Google Doc or whatever but they don’t have the tab function (just puts in a bunch of spaces). So what I used to do is just compose it on Google Doc without any tabs and then paste the whole thing on Word and then manually put in the tabs, but this is tedious; is there a better way?

flash drive
or email it to yourself

Just email the paper to yourself.

You can get a USB key drive with 8gb for 15 bucks (or less!). You don’t necessarily need 8gb, but if you don’t mind spending 15 bucks, I think it would be a good idea to purchase one.

What everyone else says… and you know you could do it on Wordpad with the tabs and then copy/paste it into Word right? Most all computers have it and it’s a lot easier than Google Doc (which this is the first I’m hearing of it).

Email it to yourself. Then you don’t have to remember to bring something with you, or worry about losing it. Although flash drives are fantastic and you should def. have one. They are so cheap now, too!
