What Impact Factor must a journal have in order to be seen as impressive by AO's?

I am planning on publishing my research in a relatively new journal with an impact factor of 3.406. Will this impress AO’s at t10 universities?

An impact factor probably doesn’t matter too much to be honest. Most people aren’t even aware of what an impact factor is. That being said, just publishing in any journal will likely get the attention of an AO.
