<p>There’s nothing wrong with outsourcing jobs to third world countries whose people don’t have the access to decent jobs that we Americans do.</p>

<p>Insignificant impact to construction management. The work has to be done on-site. If anything, I think globalization has helped because I’ve noticed some American companies in this field sending people overseas for projects.</p>

<p>Probably zero. I don’t think the military would like their planes and bombs designed and built by foreigners in foreign countries.</p>
