What is a "good" physics program

I have been accepted to Cornell and keep reading about it and other college’s good undergraduate physics programs. It sounds impressing, but i realize that i don’t exactly know what a “good” physics program is.

Basically my question is this: What makes a “good” physics so “good”, and how much better are they from the rest?

It’s a combination of quality of faculty (based primarily upon their research and publications), facilities, and quality of students. Cornell is great in physics. Congratulations.
