<p>Supposedly yeah. Mm… if you read one of the bigger threads in this UW forum, theres a low-down of info about the process… so dig a little.
in short though
first prelim, after prelim you go to your app has been “reviewed” or “has been given an initial review” Reviewed means they made decision, intial review means you are going into comprehensive review. “Reviewed” no longer means you got in though, reviewed can mean you got auto accept OR you got a reject because your stats were too low.</p>
<p>My information is: Once you get “initial review, decision pending” the message will not change. The next thing you get will be a letter with either good or bad news.</p>
<p>No…once you get “initial review, decision pending” your status should change to “reviewed” and a letter should come within a week.</p>
