What is an A+?

I come from a hs with a 4.0 grading scale where there is just A,B,C,D,E. I know that a 93+ is an A, what is an A+? 97+?

i guess 90-93 would be an A-. 94-96 is an A. and 97+ is an A+?

i don’t think it really matters. an A is an A

it matters in how our gpa is calculated.

An A+ is worth 4.33, A 4.0, A- 3.67 etc. There is no % grade cutoff above which you will definitely get an A+. It’s entirely up to your teacher’s discretion. Most core/humanities classes do not give out A+'s.
