what is an aesthetic man?

this is a model of the most polished man, the gentleman of to-day:

speaks italian and french

tall, black hair, lean, suspicious or cruel looking (like the typical latin or an orient)

long delicate hands that plays piano perfectly (best pianists are males, never females)

is a naturalist, who knows all the latin names for birds, insects, etc.

profession: scholar/director/curator of minoan and greek art

religion: catholicism, judaism, or islam

sexual orientation: straight, can be partially gay if he is obsessed with he italian male forms in renaissance.

wealth: millionaire or at least wealthy enough to own a chateau or a modern architectured house with substantial tract of forests

places of residence: all parts of the mediterraenean, africa, east asia, central asia. principle house located in aix-en-provence, france

knowledgeable in classics, literature, wine, some greek and latin or spanish or any romance languages.

the opposite of the effeminate gentleman described above:

speaks german, russian

profession: computer programmer, engineer

blond, stocky, innocent-looking

sexual orientation: straight (definately)

learned in mathematics, economics, beer

residence: germany, usa, uk (first-wrold countries with skyscrapers)

dude, how much time do you have?

Are you playing at the grown up version of Stewie Griffin? Because that’s what you sound like…

The Vitruvian Man? Isn’t that supposed to be the quintessential guy?

aesthetic man = me, duh.

“The Vitruvian Man? Isn’t that supposed to be the quintessential guy?”

That’s a drawing by Leonardo da Vinci…

I think you meant “Renaissance Man.”

this thread makes me giggle on the inside.

but i can see how “aesthetic man” makes sense. a man having the sense of the beautiful and a taste for the artistic.

having said that, i think russians are quite artistic. have you seen pictures of st. petersburg? GORGEOUS architecture.
AND
artistic taste is not correlated with effeminism, in my opinion.
AND
have you ever said the word “aesthetic” to yourself repeatedly? it’s a very phonetically awesome word.

i obviously haven’t realized no one here probably cares. but hey, it’s the interweb :D

It’s a shame that you can never become what you strive to be. With all this free time ■■■■■■■■, you can learn to play an instrument or two.

Are you talking to sauronidiot or morango?

The idiot who keeps on making these annoying topics.

okay, what makes this man in the OP appealing? to me not much appealing there

me, I would throw in something like compassion, a soul, a sense of humor, at least an attempter at dancing, a good father/uncle type, loyal, dreamy eyes, sweet smile, humilaty, but with pride, clean, friendly and charming without arrogance, a lifeling learner of whatever he finds interesting (whether is archetecture, history, cars)

add in a bit of protectiveness, giving and sharing, adventerous, and liking your friends, a sprinkle of lightheartedness, and an ease of being, and sexiness without being obvious

the rest in the OP, eh…

I don’t see much appeal either, maybe except the piano part. But the part about the pretty hands that can play the piano perfectly… that’s actually my brother so it’s going to take alot to impress me, since I grew up listening to him. XP I can also play the piano myself…so i guess i don’t need a man who can play a piano.

So nothing appealing.

Well anyhow…
I don’t think there’s any point to this thread.

he was eerily right, though, about the “suspicious or cruel looking” part

This thread needs to stop being so gay.

not all of us are guys, jason
and if you meant gay as a negative…shame on you

Shut up, Mallomar. Stop being so gay LOL.

^Lol
