What is best for me?

I want to ask a few questions about opinions of the following schools. So I am most likely going for pre-med and love sciences though I might switch to pre-law or perhaps even business. However for the sake of this thread say I applying ass a pre-med. So my question is out of the flooding schools, which the best fit for me based on what I will tell you.

  1. I work very hard where I need to and can apply myself very well
  2. I do procrastinate and mess around but can get things done when I put my mind to it
  3. I don’t enjoy studying and researching ALL the time, i like having a good time with friends as well
  4. I like being surrounded by smart people who know how to also socialize

so out of these colleges please tell me which would be the best fit for me…Johns Hopkins, Duke, Northwestern, Vanderbilt?

Thanks

Anyone?

Based on what I saw when I visited JHU, you don’t want to go there. Great college, of course, but everyone was frantically typing away on their computers, heads down, looking very serious. We visited a year ago, and last week a friend visited with her daughter, who said the same thing. It seems like socializing is important to you. Use the websites Niche and Uni go, they will give you a great student perspective because they are based on student reviews and commentary.
