What is my chance to get accepted?

I’m a college student now in coastal carolina university. However, I want to UPA (I’m a nc state resident). I did not do too well on my act test (only 24), but my gpa in high school was 4.23. I was not in top 10% of my class but my percentile was 12%. I currently have 4.0 gpa in ccu and I’m in the president list also. About xtracurriculum, I’m the president of German club and member of different clubs also. One last thing about me is that I’m an immigrant(not German) and I came to the USA in November 2006 and started my freshman year in HS later than my friends 2 months (November instead of august of 2006). So, with that being said, can I get in a good school like UPA?

Penn, not UPA lol.
I think it’s fairly difficult for transfers to get in, and that there’s a GPA cutoff and stuff. But your 4.0 is obviously very good!

4.23 weighted…?

UPA. That totally goes against Penn’s promotion of the name “Penn” over “University of Pennsylvania” to combat state school confusion and make it fit in with the over Ivies’ names. Hehe.

But yeah… your chances aren’t looking too good, bro. 24 ACT + non-pedigreed school =/= admit, despite the good GPA.
