LOL! I assume you are kidding…but here is my serious answer.
The common app essay may reveal something about you, but it’s not going to reveal everything This is just yet another opportunity to tell them something they don’t know. My S actually had some fun with this one—and I thought the result was pretty good.
Obviously they mean the rest of your application besides this essay.
Yes, but you’d think Mudd would be nerdy enough to recognize a logical fallacy when they write one.
DS says jokingly that he can say something like “Here is my public key. You won’t know my private key by reading this application.”
He could say it. But it won’t get him in.
It is a great opportunity to introduce different side of applicant.
A lot of schools ask this question. It’s an opportunity to share an interest or hobby that isn’t elsewhere on the app.
