How many of you actually read the textbook from beginning to end?
I’m self-studying and I’ve been taking notes from textbook, but I’m going at a really slow pace.

A textbook is designed to be combined with lecture, lab work, discussion, completion of assigned problems, and periodic assessments. They’re not written to be great novels, nor do they usually differentiate between the essential and the minute.

I ALWAYS read the textbook. That’s often all I do. I usually find the explanations better than the teachers’, etc.
