When the admissions receives applications, do they review each applicant’s entire application? Or if you have a lower test score than the “required,” do you automatically get rejected?
Most likely, no one here is an admission dean. We can only guess, and what I guess it that no they will never outright reject someone based on their stats. If you are willing to spend money to send your application in, the college should at least spend a few minutes to give you your due time. Obviously you might get less due time if you are applying to Harvard with a 2.0 GPA.
