<p>I am looking to lease a single apartment at the Varsity for the 2013-2014 year. </p>
<p>I know that all utilities except electricity are included. I understand that cost varies between person to person, but I just want an estimate as to how much your average electricity bill was at the Varsity.</p>

<p>This is slightly off-topic. But have you considered The Enclave? All utilities including electricity are included and I’m to sublease. </p>

<p>You might be able to call the power company and ask what the previous tenant paid. I was able to do this this for my current house. It might not reflect your future bills if your habits are vastly different than the previous tenant.</p>
