<p>Well I know I will get laughed at on a site like this, but when I took the SAT for my first time I didn’t study at all and pretty had much no clue what it would be like. I got around an 1800, which I’m not very happy with. I’m going to take it in June, and maybe again after that depending on what I get. I feel like I could do much better since I am getting straight A’s with AP classes/passing AP exams. Anyways what is the best plan for increasing my scores in each part? Also I have a Kaplan SAT practice test book. Is this any good?</p>
<p>BB is best IMO, but Kaplan will suffice. I know this is gonna sound too simple, but just go through it. Know all the little test taking tips/concept - they help a lot. Be sure to take as many practice tests as possible; they’re easily the best way to improve your score. Check any wrong answers and understand why they’re wrong.</p>
